Hyundai Creta Sport edition has been unveiled. Hyundai has unveiled the sport edition of its compact SUV Creta which takes a sportier approach and has been christened as the Hyundai Creta Sport. The new Hyundai Creta gets new cosmetic changes that not only add to the overall styling of the Compact-SUV but also gives the Creta an aggressive and sportier stance. The Hyundai Creta Sport is a sportier version of the existing Hyundai Creta facelift.
The facelift edition of the Hyundai Creta was introduced in Brazil last year in the month of December.

Hyundai’s compact SUV Creta has been an impressive product in the company’s product line-up. The compact SUV Creta has added significantly to the sales of the company. In fact, Hyundai’s Creta has successfully secured its position in the list of top 10 best-selling passenger vehicles in India for its sales figures in the month of August 2017.
Hyundai Motors had great success in the Indian market with their compact SUV Creta. The car as done well in the Brazillian market as well. After a successfull stint, the Korean automaker has now unveiled the Creta Sport edition which takes a sportier approach to the overall styling of the Hyundai Creta. The changed aesthetics gives an aggressive stance to the Creta.
Hyundai Motor has unveiled a brawny version of its popular compact SUV Creta. This new iteration of the SUV that has been christened as Hyundai Creta Sport, is loaded with a bunch of cosmetic updates and few fresh features that improve the sporty character of the compact SUV Creta.
The Hyundai Creta Sport is based on the 2017 Hyundai Creta facelift that has already been introduced last year in Brazil in December. It has been reported that after the unveiling the Hyundai Creta Sport will go on sale in the Brazilian market later this year.
It is being rumoured that the Hyundai Creta Sport has been specially built for Brazil market only and will not be coming to India as of now.
Specifications of the Hyundai Creta Sport
Hyundai’s new variant of the compact SUV Creta Sport gets several touches on the interior as well as the exterior. The Creta Sport gets several black accents throughout the body on the outside such as a gloss-black skid plate and the blacked-out grille.
The rearview mirrors have been blacked out beside the new 17-inch wheels that the Hyundai Creta Sport edition gets. These features add more to the sportier feel of the Hyundai Creta. The black accents continue at the rear as well. A sporty spoiler and a shark fin antenna too has been added to the Creta Sport in addition to the skid plate and roof rails. All these aesthetics are in a black finish.
The cabin of the Hyundai Creta Sport also carries the same dark theme. The compact-SUV gets black leather seats coupled with black headliner. Hyundai Creta Sport gets a new 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports Apple CarPlay as well as Android Auto for better driving experience.All the accents of the sport trim of the Hyundai Creta have been given blacked-out treatment such as the casings around the AC vents, on the steering wheel and also around the gear lever. Only the door handles of the Hyundai Creta Sport carry the chrome touch, like the other Hyundai Creta variants.
Under the hood of the Hyundai Creta Sport
The Hyundai Creta Sport trim which is slated to be launched in the Brazillian market will continue to be powered by the same engine that powers the existing Creta. The engine will come with the same state of tune as well. As of now, the company has not made any official statement whether it will launch the Hyundai Creta Sport trim in India or not.
