IB Recruitment 2018 | MHA IB Security Assistant/Executive Admit Card Released For Tier 1 Exam, Exam in February

IB Recruitment 2018: Intelligence Bureau (IB) has released the admit cards of the candidates who have filled the application form for the post of Security Assistant/Executive. The admit cards are now available on the official website and candidates who have filled the application form can check and download the same from the official website. IB Recruitment 2018 – Admit Cards Released

The Intelligence Bureau has uploaded the admit cards of the candidates for Tier 1 exam. The candidates can download the admit cards for the exam from the official website www.mha.gov.in. The MHA IB Security Assistant exam will be conducted on 17th February 2019 in a single shift from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.

To recall, Intelligence Bureau started the process of online applications for the post of SA/SE in the month of October 2018. The application process was closed on 10th November 2018. As per the notification, there are total 1012 vacancies in IB for the post of Security Assistant/Executive.

IB Recruitment 2018 – Selection Process For Security Assistant/Executive

The selection of candidates for the post of Security Assistant/Executive will be based on the performance in Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 exam. The candidates who will clear the Tier I exam will be called for the Tier 2. Tier 1 is an objective type paper, Tier 2 is a descriptive paper and Tier 3 is an Interview/Personality Test.

Scheme of Examination: Tier 1 is divided into four parts and there will be total 100 questions. The questions will be from the General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical/analytical ability and English Language. From the General Awareness section, there will be 40 questions, 20 questions from the Aptitude, 20 questions from the Logical/Analytical and 20 questions from the English Language. The time duration for the Tier 1 exam will be 2 hours.

The Tier 2 is a descriptive paper and will be 40 marks + 10 marks for the Spoken Ability (will be assessed at the time of Tier 3). In the descriptive paper, candidates will have to provide the translation of a passage of 500 words from a local language to English and English to the local language. the duration will be 1 hour. The qualifying marks for Tier 2 is 20. Tier 3 is an Interview/Personality Test round and it will be of 50 marks
