Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) to now start admission for 4 new courses from session 2018 onwards. After the application begins for the admission in IGNOU for the new session of 2018, the University has been expanding in terms of courses list as well. From short term to long terms courses, IGNOU now offers more to students to choose from as per their interest.
One of the largest Open University, IGNOU has invited applications for the July session 2018. Although the applicants can apply for the admission in degree courses till 15 July 2018 and for all certificate courses by 30 June 2018 only.
IGNOU Announces 4 New Courses from 2018 Session onwards
As per the announcement of 4 new courses by the IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) is concerned, it will be short term courses. All the newly introduced courses will be of 6 months or 1-year duration. Check out the details and eligibility for the new courses in IGNOU for the year 2018-
Certificate for First Aid Program: For this course, all the 10th pass students can apply. During the course, IGNOU will provide deep knowledge of First aid. Mobile ambulances, coaches, player, housewives, traffic police and many more can apply for the same.
Certificate in Tribal Studies: 12th or BPP passed student form Indira Gandhi National Open University can apply for the same. People working in the field of social welfare can also opt for the course at IGNOU as it has been designed keeping in mind the development of tribal people’s life.
Certificate Program on Life & Thought of BR Ambedkar (CLTA): All 12th pass candidates can opt for the course, who are interested in deep knowledge of BR Ambedkar’s philosophy. As the syllabus of this course has been designed to teach the views of BR Ambedkar’s on economic, legal and social topic.
Diploma in Event Management: Indira Gandhi National Open University has also focused on the youth, who have been passionate about Events. All 12th pass students can join the course and know the in-depth knowledge of event management companies.
