Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) for the all-new session has started with the admission process for both July and January session 2018 for Event Management course. Although the same will be a one-year diploma course on Event Mangement, which has been aimed at ‘business of experiences’. The syllabus of the diploma course in Event Management from IGNOU includes- planning, coordination and marketing the event like conferences, digital, sports, exhibitions and more.
The main objective of launching this new course was to generate skilled event professional as per the need of the industry. As far as the eligibility is concerned, whosoever has completed his/ her 10+2 (Intermediate) is eligible to take admission in Diploma in Event Management at IGNOU for the year 2018-19.
