IGNOU Admissions 2017 July Session | Last Dates, How To Apply & More

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) recently extended its last date for admissions to Graduate, Post Graduate, Post Graduate Diploma and Diploma courses for the Academic Session of July 2017 till 30 July. While for all the certificate courses the last date of submitting the application is extended till July 15th. While getting yourself registered at any college for admission you need to follow few guidelines and rules. IGNOU 2017 Admissions: Last Dates To Apply

Okay, now IGNOU officially announced recently that it has extended the last dates for applying for admissions for the Academic Session 2017 on its official website as well as through daily gazettes. Previously the last date for submitting applications for general, as well as certificate courses, was 31 June which has now been changed to July 31, 2017 for general courses and July 15, 2017 for certificate courses. IGNOU started its admission process for 2017 July semester from 1st February 2017.

IGNOU 2017 Admissions: How To Apply Online

After choosing the course you want to get admission for, checking its fee structure, duration, eligibility criteria you will need to register yourself on the official website of IGNOU.  The “Register Yourself” option is in the applicant login space. Choose you “User Name” and “Passwords”, fill in required details and submit. Your Username and Password will be sent to you through email. Now login to your account with the registered details and follow the steps below for filling the application form of IGNOU for 2017 July Session Admissions:

  • You will need a scanned passport size photograph of yours
  • Properly scanned signatures of yourself
  • A scanned Age Proof copy
  • Scanned copy of Education Qualification
  • Scanned copy of Experience Certificate (in case you have one)
  • Scanned copy of Category Certificate (ST/OBC/SC)
  • Scanned copy of Below Poverty Line(BPL) certificate
  • After submitting all the concerned documents and getting them approved you will be required to pay the fee for the respective course
  • You can pay the fees using the following options:
  • Net Banking
  • Credit Card(Master/Visa)
  • Debit Card(Master/Visa/Rupay)
  • PNB-ATM Card
