Micromax has launched a mid range Android Smartphone ‘Micromax Canvas Selfie 2’ in India on Friday. Micromax comes with latest Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and a 13-megapixel camera. The Micromax Selfie 2 is an upgraded variant of the company’s previous launch of ‘Canvas Selfie 2’. The main highlight of the ‘Micromax Selfie 2’ is 8MP front camera with selfie flash, 13 MP rear camera.
Micromax Selfie 2 is now listed on the company’s website, revealing all specifications and features of the smartphone, but the company has not revealed the pricing and availability details of the smartphone. However, the smartphone is available on Amazon India from a third party dealer for Rs. 11,900.
Micromax Selfie 2 Specifications & Features
The Micromax Canvas Selfie 2 features 5.2 inch HD IPS display with screen resolution of 1280×720 pixels. The device is powered by 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor and fingerprint sensor at the rear panel. No more hassle to get that perfect selfie! Now users of Micromax Selfie 2 can click awesome selfies from every angle with the 8-megapixel front camera. The front camera comes with few interesting modes like real-time bokeh effect, wide angle, one touch shot and face beauty mode. The smartphone features 13-megapixel front camera along with 84-degree field view, OV 8856 sensor, 5P lens and LED flash. Micromax Selfie 2 comes with 3GB Ram and 32GB internal storage.
The battery cannot be an obstacle any longer as Micromax Selfie 2 has 3000 mAh battery. Users can shoot images and videos without worrying about battery backup. The new launch of Micromax has Android Nougat operating system that ensures power packed performance with features like Multi Window Support, Reply in the Notification Panel, Enhanced Doze Mode, New quick settings option and Bundled Notifications.
Micromax Canvas Selfie 2: Replacement Scheme
The Micromax Canvas Selfie 2 is launched with a 100-day replacement scheme on any hardware issue on the device from the date of application. Micromax has guaranteed replacement of the faulty device with the same or equivalent model. Users must note that 100 days replacement scheme is the part of total one year warranty period. Replacement will be done only in case of hardware issue, software issue will not be included in the replacement scheme. If the user persists any hardware issue within 100 days of activation of the smartphone, the handset will be replaced free of cost with the same or an equivalent model by the company.
