NEET 2018 online application process is expected to begin from January 31, 2018 with its official notification out on its website soon. The maximum age limit as proposed by the CBSE for candidates who shall appear for the NEET exam last year was 25 years with relaxations induced based on the SC ruling. While, SC as the apex court had ruled against this proposition made by the Central Board of Secondary Examination for the NEET exam. The range of age limit served as an eligibility criteria in order to appear for NEET is 17 years to 25 years as per the last years’ notification uploaded as the ‘Information Bulletin’ available on the official website of board serving as an external link for the exam at cbseneet.nic.in online.
Students shall have to wait for the official notification declaring the age limit and other eligibility criteria for the NEET 2018 exam scheduled to be conducted by the CBSE in the month of May this year serving as an admission test for the candidates seeking entry into MBBS and BDS courses in various medical colleges of repute.

The official notification for students inviting online applications from them in order to appear for the NEET 2018 exam shall be released by the Central Board of Secondary Education by the end of January 2018 for the exam scheduled in May this year. Candidates are iterated that like last year, it is expected to be made mandatory to have a registered Aadhar Card or its enrolment ID in order to apply for the ‘National Eligibility cum Entrance Exam’ 2018 by the board of education.
According to an amendment introduced by Department of Child and Welfare authorities, the number of times a candidate is allowed to attempt the NEET exam has been restricted to 3 counting the one held last year as NEET 2017 as one. This drastic change was issued in public interest via an amendment notification launched vide a letter to the conducting body of NEET examination.
