Chinese smartphone company Oppo has launched the Oppo A71 (2018) in India. The new smartphone Oppo A71 (2018) is the successor of the last year launched Oppo A71. The phone is launched in two different colours – Black and Gold. To recall Oppo A71 was launched in India in the month of September last year and the phone was first listed on the Pakistan and Malaysia website.

The price of latest Oppo A71 (2018) Smartphone is Rs.9,990. This price is almost same to its predecessor. Recently Oppo announced the price cut on A71 smartphone. Oppo A71 was launched last year at a price of Rs.12,990 and after the price cut, the price of the phone was reduced to Rs.9,999. This new phone is already listed on Flipkart and soon it will be available to purchase from Amazon and Snapdeal.
Specifications of Oppo A71 (2018)
First of all, lets talk about the changes in Oppo A71 (2018). This new variant is an upgrade to the predecessor. The new phone comes with AI Beauty Recognition technology. This technology is claimed to beautify the selected or the key areas of the face. The phone comes with Bokeh effect. The phone also has Ultra HD technology and Multi-Frame Denoising technology.
The phone A71 of Oppo is a dual sim phone that accepts nano sim cards. The display of the phone is 5.2-inches and resolution of the screen is 720×1280 pixels. The phone has an aspect ratio of 16:9. Under the hood, there is a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor. The smartphone runs on Android Nougat 7.1 operating system with company-owned ColorOS 3.2.
The new variant has a 3GB RAM which is higher than the RAM variant of Oppo A71 (2018) launched in Pakistan. The global variant of the phone has 2GB RAM. The internal storage of the phone is 16GB and it is expandable up to 256GB. The phone has a dedicated microSD card slot. The smartphone has a battery of 3000mAh.
Coming to the camera specification of the phone, the Oppo A71 (2018) has a 13MP camera at back and a 5MP camera on the front for taking selfies. The connectivity options on the phone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB.
