Class XII exam results were declared by Haryana School Education Board and it has shocked everyone including the students as well as their parents. Only 60.31% students in Panchkula managed to pass class XII. Last year, the pass percentage was 59% and this year the pass percentage is 60.31%. Hardly any improvement has been seen in the passing percentage of the students.
2,524 students gave the Class XII exam and only 1,522 students manage to clear Class XII. The rest 39.69% did not manage to clear the class XII exams. In the class XII exams, girls got the best result whereas boys got a disappointing result.
Disappointing Results Of Class XII
The boys got a disappointing results whereas the girls got cleared class XII exams with flying colours. The girls bagged the top 3 positions in the class XII exams. 71.25% girls cleared the class XII exams whereas only 49.28% boys managed to clear the exam. - Sandeep Kaur – 439 marks (Government Senior Secondary School, Basola)
Poor Class XII Result Becomes A Major Concern
The poor of result of class XII students has become become a major concern. The performance of teachers of different schools will be questioned and also the teaching pattern. Last year also the pass percentage was very disappointing and this also the students have let the teachers down. An official of Panchkula Administration said that the matter would be invested and a strict action will be taken if needed. The year wise pass percentage of students in class XII exams in Panchkula:
