RRB to Release Hall Tickets (Admit Cards) for ALP and Group D Exam Soon

The Railway Recruitment Board had the released the recruitment notification for Assistant Loco Pilot and Group D Posts on February 2018. This year, the Railway Board has invited a large number of vacancies for both the posts. Vacancies reserved for Railway Loco Pilot and Technician is 26, 502 vacancies are 69, 502 vacancies for Group D Posts have been offered. Over 2.8 Crore of applicants have applied for these posts, which is huge.

Railway Recruitment 2018

Candidates who have applied for Railway Recruitment Board ALP and Group D Posts will be soon getting their RRB Admit Card issued. The RRB ALP Admit Card will be released on 4th August 2018 whereas, the dates for Group D Admit Card Dates has not been finalized yet. The RRB will issue the Admit card only to those candidates who have successfully submitted their application form without any error. The RRB Admit Card 2018 will be released online on all the RRB Regional Official Websites. Candidates can download their Railway Admit Card by entering required details. The RRB ALP Exam 2018 will be held from 9th August to 31st August 2018. The Exam will be conducted in three shifts per day. In this article, we will discuss details about the RRB Admit Card 2018.

Recent Facilities Offered by the Railway Recruitment Board

Currently, the Railway Board has activated some facilities for the ALP Registered candidates. Candidates can take a free Mock test challenge to test their accuracy and preparation level. They can also check their Exam City and Time Allotment details as well. Candidates who are facing issued regarding the recruitment can send queries in the Help Desk provided by the RRB. Reserved categories can download their Free Travel Pass from the link that is provided by RRB. The same facilities will be soon provided for RRB Group D as well. RRB Admit Card 2018

The Railway Recruitment Board will issue the RRB Admit Card 2018 4 days before the commencement of the examination. The Admit card is a very important document that needs to be carried by every candidate to the examination hall. It comprises of all the important details about the Examination. It serves as an Identity proof for the candidates. Candidates will be able to download the RRB ALP Admit Card by entering their User ID and Password details. As it is a mandatory document, no candidate will be allowed to appear the Examination Centre without an Admit card.

How to Download RRB Admit Card 2018?

Candidates of Railway Recruitment Board can download the RRB ALP and Group D Admit Card by following below mentioned steps-

  1. Visit the Official Website of RRB / Regional RRB Websites/ or the link provided below.
  2. Search for RRB ALP (CEN01/2018) or RRB Group D (CEN02/2018) Admit Card Link
  3. Click on the Link, you will be redirected to a new page.
  4. Enter required details- User ID (Registration ID), Date of Birth and Captcha Code
  5. Click on Submit
  6. The respective RRB Admit Card will be displayed on the screen
  7. Download and take the printout of the Admit Card.

Exam Pattern of RRB ALP and Group D 2018

ALP First Stage CBT

  • The Exam is conducted online, for 1 Hour
  • Total Number of Questions – 75
  • Railway Recruitment Board exam has Sections- Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Science and Awareness, Current Affairs
  • 1 mark will be awarded for every correct answer and 1/3rd marks is deducted for every wrong answer.
  • Passing percentage – 40% for UR, 30% for OBC and SC and 30% for ST

Group D 2018 Exam Pattern

  • Time Duration of CBT- 90 Minutes
  • Number of Questions – 100
  • Sections – Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Science and Awareness, Current Affairs
  • 1/3rd marks deducted for every wrong answer.
