The South Korean Company, Samsung has partnered with the China Telecom for launching the all new high-end Android Flip Phone. This launch has been scheduled as a celebration of completing the 25 long years. This new Flip Android Phone Samsung is produced as a successor of the W2017 that was launched last year. This year Samsung is going to bring to China the new W2018 Android Flip Phone.
Samsung To Launch New Android Flip Phone W2018
Samsung is planning the launch of the new W2018 in China on its 25th anniversary. As per the sources, this new flip phone was showcased at an event in Xiamen in China last week. This new flip phone by Samsung is going to feature many cool and modified specs. At the event, it was revealed that this new Samsung W2018 will feature 4.2 inch AMOLED display panels and will entirely be HD. The resolution of the screen can be expected to be 1080×1920 pixels.
This new flip phone by Samsung will also be operated by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC and will be paired with the Adreno 540 GPU. The new W2018 by Samsung also is embedded with 6GB RAM and will be available in two variants on the basis of storage capacity. This new Android Flip Phone by Samsung will also run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
The two variants of the new Samsung W2018 includes the one with the internal storage of 64GB and the other with the internal storage of 256GB. The device will also be equipped to support microSD card of up to 256GB. Coming to the camera this new Samsung Flip Phone W2018 will also have 12- megapixel camera sensor on the back making it the first flip phone with this much power of the camera. The device is also equipped with the OIS that is optical image stabilization support that tends to reduce the blurriness of an image. Also, the device has a 5MP front camera.
The new W2018 series by Samsung also features hybrid-dual SIM configuration, supporting two nano-SIM cards. The battery used in this new Samsung Flip-phone is 2300mAh and also have a fingerprint scanner and the heart rate sensor. The phone will be available in two color variants that is gold and silver. The price of the phone is yet to be disclosed. The launch of the Samsung W2018 is going to be soon in China.
