Samsung has launched its new smartphone Samsung Galaxy A8s With Triple Rear Camera & Infinity-O Display in China on 10th December 2018. The smartphone supports a bezel-less display with a little hole to house the front camera. This is the new Infinity-O Display. With the launch of this display and design, Samsung started a new display trend. It is interesting to know, that Samsung is the only brand that doesn’t follow the notch display trend just like other. And now its clear that upcoming phones (not all) of other brands will also have this type of display.
Honor has also launched Honor V20 with the same design. Samsung has set a new trend with this display. Other biggest features of the smartphone except for the Infinity-O Display on the phone includes up to 8GB RAM, triple rear camera, 128GB storage, and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 octa-core.
Samsung Galaxy A8s Price and Variants
The smartphone is launched in two variants. The first variant of the Galaxy A8s comes with the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The second variant of the phone comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. As of now, the price of the phone has not announced but soon it will be revealed. In China, the smartphone will for pre-order soon. There will be three color variants of the phone in China i.e Blue, Silver and Black (Green).
Samsung Galaxy A8s Specifications & Design
Design: The Galaxy A8s supports the Infinity-O Display and on the left side of the edge, there is a little hole for the front camera sensor. There are no bezels on the sides of the smartphone. The power button and the volume buttons are on the right side of the phone while on the left, there is a sim tray. At the bottom, there is a USB Type C port, microphone, and the speaker grill. At the back panel, there is a vertical triple rear camera and fingerprint sensor.
Specifications: Samung Galaxy A8s smartphone is a dual sim phone and it runs on Android 8.1 Oreo. The smartphone supports a 6.2-inches display with the screen resolution of 1080×2340 pixels. There is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 octa-core processor on the phone which is paired up with the Adreno 616 GPU. In terms of RAM and storage, the phone has 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
Now coming to the camera specifications of Galaxy A8s smartphone, there is a triple rear camera at the back. There is a 24MP main sensor, 10MP telephoto Sensor and a 5MP sensor. The front camera has a 24MP camera sensor. The battery of the phone is 3400mAh and it supports fast charging technology.
