SSC CGL 2017 (Tier-2) Exam dates have been extended again by the Staff Selection Commission online. This is the second time, the Commission has extended the exam dates & schedule of the SSC CGL 2017 (Tier-2) Examination. The aspirants of the SSC CGL 2017 (Tier-2) Exam who have already cracked the prelims of the SSC CGLE 2017 shall again have to re-schedule their study plan & revise their preparation strategies as the SSC CGL 2017 (Tier-2) Exam dates have been postponed yet again. SSC CGL 2017 (Tier-2) Exam Dates Postponed Again | Check Official Notification Online
The official notification released online by the Staff Selection Commission regarding the revised schedule of the SSC CGL 2017 (Tier-2) Exam is available for candidates at SSC website at ssc.nic.in. The aspirants of the SSC CGL 2017 (Tier-2) Exam must keep a tab on the website to get hold of the recent updates released by the Commission online. Earlier, scheduled to be held on November 10, 2017 post the result declaration of the SSC CGL 2017 (Tier-1) Exam on October 30, 2017, the exam got delayed by more than a month as dates were postponed by the Commission online. The re-scheduled dates of SSC CGL 2017 (Tier-2) Exam were from December 21, 2017 to December 24, 2017.
Now, not sticking to the defined exam schedule of SSC CGLE 2017, the Commission has again extended the SSC CGL 2017 (Tier-2) Exam dates by a month which is now scheduled to be held in the month of January 2018.

Delaying the schedule of the SSC CGLE 2017 as a whole by extending the exam dates of the SSC CGL 2017 (Tier-2) Exam, the fresh dates of holding the test has also been revealed by the Commission online. The new exam dates of the SSC CGL 2017 (Tier-2) Exam re-scheduled in the month of January 2018. The SSC CGL 2017 (Tier-2) Exam shall now be conducted from January 18, 2018 till January 20, 2018. Also, the four day SSC CGL 2017 (Tier-2) Exam duration has been reduced by one day which shall now be conducted in three days mentioned above.
On one hand, the SSC CGL 2017 (Tier-2) Exam aspirants shall get more time to prepare and appear in a better format for the test, while for others, consistent delay is sheer test of patience. The overall delay caused does harm the result of the SSC CGL 2017 (Tier-2) Exam for the aspirants who have been preparing hard for the test for long time now.
The reason for subsequent & multiple delays in the SSC CGL 2017 (Tier-2) Exam dates has not been cited by the Staff Selection Commission as yet. Let us hope and pray, whatever decision is taken by the authorities should not hamper the mindset and preparation of the candidates aspiring to crack the SSC CGL 2017 examination this year.
