SSC CGL Exam 2018 | No Update Yet Regarding Admit Cards & Tier 1 Exam Dates

SSC CGL Exam 2018: This year Staff Selection Commission released the official notification for the SSC CGL Exam 2018 (Combined Graduate Level Exam). The official notification was released in the month of May and the procedure of filling the application form started on 5th May. The procedure of filling the application form closed in June. Staff Selection Commission conducts the CGL Exam every year for Group C and Group D posts. This year exam was scheduled to begin in the month of July but was postponed.

SSC CGL Exam 2018 – No Update Yet Exam Date for Tier 1

Staff Selection Commission closed the process of filling the application form in June. As per the notification released by SSC for Combined Graduate Level Examination 2018, the exam was scheduled to begin from 25th July 2018. These were the exam dates for Tier 1 of the CGL Exam. But at the end moment, Staff Selection Commission postponed to the further date.

The Commission released the notice and said that the exam dates for the CGL Exam 2018 is postponed and the new exam dates were notified soon. Now more than 5 months have passed, there is no update regarding the new exam dates for the CGL 2018 Exam. There is no update available on the official website regarding the same. There is no information regarding how much time the candidates will have to wait for the new exam dates for the CGL Exam 2018.

SSC CGL Exam 2018 – Selection Process

As said above, the Staff Selection Commission conducts the SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination for Group C and D posts. The candidates who have completed graduation are eligible to fill the application form for the exam. The CGL Exam has 4 tiers i.e Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4. First, all the candidates will appear in the Tier which is a Computer-based objective test. The candidates who qualify the Tier 1 of the CGL Exam will appear in the Tier.

Tier 2 of the Combined Graduate Level Examination is also an objective test CBT. After Tier, candidates appear in Tier 3 which is a descriptive test. Only those candidates appear in Tier 3 who clear the Tier 2 exam. In the end there is Skill test which is Tier 4 of the CGL Exam.
