SSC CPO Exam 2018: Just 4 days before the scheduled exam dates for the SSC CPO exam 2018, Staff Selection Postponed the exam dates in May 2018. The exam was scheduled to begin from 4th June but the Staff Selection Commission postponed the dates. Until now (August) there is no update regarding the new exam dates for the SSC CPO Exam 2018.
SSC CPO Exam 2018 Dates
The whole process of application is completed in the month of May for the Staff Selection Commission CPO Exam for the post of ASI and SI. But in the last of May i.e on 29th may, Staff Selection released the notice in which it was written that dues to administrative reason the exam dates for the CPO exam are postponed.
It was also written in the official notice that the Commission will soon release the new exam dates for the CPO exam 2018. All the candidates who have applied for the SSC CPO exam 2018 are eagerly waiting for an update from the side of the Staff Selection Commission regarding the new exam dates for SSC CPO 2018 exam. Well, candidates are advised to keep a regular check on the new website of SSC for any updates regarding the same.
SSC CPO Exam 2018
Every year Staff Selection Commission conducts the SSC CPO (Central Police Organisation) exam for the recruitment of candidates for the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police and CAPF and Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF. In the year 2018, the official notification was out in March and in the same month, the process of filling the application form also started.
As per the detailed notification of CPO Exam, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) was going to conduct the exam from 4th June to 10th June but later on, it was postponed. The Paper 2 of the CPO exam 2018 is scheduled to held on 1st December. Now it seems like that the Paper 2 will also be postponed to a new date.
The candidates will be selected for the post of Sub Inspector and Assistant Sub Inspector on the basis of the performance in the Paper 1, Paper 2 and PST. First, the paper 1 of the SSC CPO Exam will be conducted, then the PST and in the last the Paper 2.
