SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2018 – Application Process to End Next Week
After the delay in starting of the application form, the Staff Selection Commission finally started the application form filling for the SSC GD Exam 2018 on 17th August. Earlier it was scheduled to begin in July. The last date to fill the application form is 17th September. Only a few days left for the process of submission of application form.
The candidates won’t be able to apply online for the GD Exam once the last date is over so, fill it before the last date. The application window to apply online is only open till 5 pm (17th September 2018). Before applying online candidates are advised to check the details in the official notification.
SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2018 – Other Important Details
The process of application for the post of GD Constable consists of two parts – Registration and Online applications. Candidates applying for the first time will have to register themselves on the new website of Staff Selection Commission. After the registration process candidates can fill the application form.
According to the Staff Selection Commission official notification, there are total 54953 vacancies in various forces. The vacancies in SSC are for the male and female candidates both. The vacancies will be filled for BSF, CISF, SSF, NIA, AR, ITBP. SSB and CRPF. For the male candidates there are total 47307 vacancies and for the female candidates, there are total 7646 vacancies.
The application fee for the SSC GD Exam 2018 Application is Rs.100. This application fee is only for the General Category candidates and OBC Category candidates. There is no fee for women candidates and other categories. The application fee can be paid via credit card, debit card, net banking or via Challan.
