SSC Recruitment 2018: On the 3rd March 2018 the online application process for the SSC CPO, ASI and SI started. Staff Selection Commission has invited online applications from the candidates for the post of Sub Inspector & Assistant Sub Inspector. All interested candidates who want to apply for the post of Sub-Inspector (Male/ Female), Sub-Inspector (GD), ASI (Executive) can apply online on the official website of SSC. The online application window is now open and interested candidates can apply for the same till the last date.
SSC Recruitment 2018 – Vacancies, How To Apply, Age Limit & Application Fee
Important Dates – The online application process for the ASI & SI recruitment 2018 has started from the 3rd March. the last date to apply online for the post of SI and For the post of ASI is 2nd April. Candidates can apply online till 2nd April 2018 (5 pm). All candidates who want to apply for the same are advised to fill the online application form on or before the last date. The exam date of Paper 1 is between 4 to 10 June and the Exam date of Paper 2 is 1 December 2018. Candidates are advised to read the official notification before applying online.
Vacancies – There are total 1330 vacancies for the post of SI. The ASI post vacancies are not announced yet but soon it will be announced by the commission. For the post of Sub Inspector (male), there are total 97 vacancies. For the post of Sub-Inspector (Female) there are total 53 vacancies and for the post of Sub Inspector (GD), there are total 1180 vacancies. These posts are divided into category wise and candidates are advised to read the official notification for more details.
Application fee – All candidates from General and OBC category will have to pay Rs.100 as application fee and there is no fee for all other category candidates including women. Candidates can pay the application fee via internet banking, credit card or debit card.
Age Limit – The minimum age limit is 20 years and the maximum age limit is 25 years. Age relaxation for the SC/ST category is 5 years and for the OBC category, the age relaxation is of 3 years.
How To Apply – All interested candidates who want to apply for the SSC CPO recruitment 2018 can apply online till 2nd April. Candidates can apply online on the official website of SSC. All candidates will be selected on the basis of Online exam followed by Physical test and medical test.
