SSC Recruitment 2018: The online application process for the SSC SI and SI recruitment 2018 is now closed. To recall Staff Selection Commission started the online application process on 3rd March 2018. On 2nd of April, the Staff Selection Commission extended the last date to 13 April. Now the application process for the same has closed and now candidates won’t be able to apply. Along with the extension in the last Date, the commission also added 123 more vacancies. SSC Recruitment 2018 For SI & ASI Online Application Closed
The last date to apply online was 13 April till 5 pm. After 5 pm candidates can’t apply. The payment of the application fee via SBI Challan can be paid until 16th April. But candidates must have generated the Challan before the closing date for online application i.e 13th April till 5 pm.
Exam Dates – According to the official notification of SSC regarding the SSC Recruitment for SI and ASI, the commission will conduct the Paper 1 on 4th June to 10 June 2018. The Paper 2 will be conducted on 1 December 2018. Both the Papers will be a computer-based test.
SSC CPO Recruitment Examination Scheme
The whole procedure will have Paper 1, Phyiscal Standard test, Paper 2 and then Medical Examination. The paper 1 will be conducted from 4 June to 10 June. There will be 4 parts in Paper 1. Each part will have 50 questions of 50 marks. Thre will be total 200 questions of 200 marks. The time duration to attempt the question will be 2 hours.
The paper 2 of the SSC Recruitment 2018 is scheduled to be held on 1st December 2018. This exam will be based on single subject i.e English Language and Comprehension. In this exam, there will be total 200 questions of 200 marks. The time duration to attempt the Paper 2 will be 2 hours. Both the paper will be objective type paper. For each wrong answer, there will be negative marking of 0.25 marks.

Mode of Selection: Candidates will be shortlisted for the PET/PST examination on the basis of the paper 1. All selected candidates from the PST/PET exam will go for the paper 2. PET and PST exam is mandatory and is qualifying in nature. Ex-Servicemen need not to undergo PET exam. On the basis of Paper 1 and Paper 2 candidates will be called for the Medical Examination and those who will clear the Medical Examination will be called for document verification.
