SSC Recruitment 2018: Staff Selection Commission on 3 March 2018 release an official notification for the recruitment of SI, ASI & CPO. Under the SSC CPO Recruitment 2018, the commission will recruit candidates for the various posts including Sub Inspector in Delhi Police, Sub Inspector in CAPF, Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF Exam 2018. SSC SI, ASI, CPO Forms 2018 – Last Dates To Apply
The online application process started from 3rd March. The online application window is now open to apply and all eligible candidates who want to apply for the SSC CPO ASI post can apply online on the official website. Candidates are advised to fill the online application form on or before the last date. the last date to apply online is 2 April 2018 till 5 PM. The Paper 1 will be conducted in dates between 4 to 10th June and the Paper 2 will be conducted on 1st December 2018.
SSC CPO Recruitment 2018 – Vacancy & Salary Details
There are total 1330 vacancies for the post of SI (male & Female), SI (GD) and ASI (Executive). Category wise vacancies are as follows
Sub-Inspector Vacancies in Delhi Police – There are total 97 vacancies out of which 48 are for General category, 39 are for OBC category, 6 are for SC category and 4 are for ST category.
Sub-Inspector Vacancies in Delhi Police (Female) – There are total 53 vacancies for females for the post of SI in Delhi Police. Out of 53 vacancies, 28 posts are for the unreserved category, 15 for OBC category, 7 for SC category and 3 for ST category.
Sub-Inspector Vacancies (GD) in CAPF – In CAPF there are total 1180 vacancies. These vacancies are for the post in CRPF, BSF, ITBO, SSB and CISF. In BSF, ITBP all female candidates can apply. The vacancies details for CISF is not yet announced but soon it will be announced. The vacancies for the ASI in CISF are also not announced yet.
Salary Details: Sub-Inspector (GD) in CAPFs post carries a pay scale of Level 6 (Rs.35400-112400). Sub Inspector (Executive) – (Male/ Female) in Delhi Police carries pay scale of Level 6 (Rs.35400-112400) and Assistant Sub-Inspector (Executive) in CISF carries a pay scale of Level 5 (Rs.29200-92300).
SSC CPO Recruitment 2018 – Application Fee & Age Limit
Candidates belonging to General and OBC category will have to pay Rs.100 as application fee and for SC. ST and Women the application fee is nil. Candidates can pay the application fee via net banking, credit card or via debit card. The minimum age limit is 20 years and the maximum age limit is 25 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST category is 5 years and for OBC category 3 years.
