Tata Nexon AMT will also be making a debut pretty soon in case you would like to wait for that

Tata Nexon has been one of the hottest launches for the company in a while and has been helping to drive the sales chart for the company to an all time meteoric high. However, if you haven’t bought the car already and are looking to get one to enhance your garage then you must know that Tata has decided to hike the prices of the Nexon including a few other cars like the Tiago and Hexa.

The price increase will come into effect on the 1st April, 2018 which still leaves you more than a week to grab the opportunity. Tata Nexon is also coming with an AMT though just in case if you would want the added comfort of an automatic transmission.

Prices of Tata Cars Like The Nexon, Tiago, and Hexa Set To Increase

Tata has announced that it will increase the prices of its portfolio by a small margin including the Nexon, Hexa, Safari Storme and the Tiago. This is something similar to what Nissan and Audi have done recently and comes out of the blue. Homegrown automaker that has tasted success with cars like Tata Nexon and the Zest maintains that the reason for a price hike is the rising input costs that go into the manufacturing of these vehicles.

The company further added that the market conditions have been changing rapidly and various external economic factors have compelled them to increase the prices of their vehicles. With cars like the Tata Nexon and Tata Tiago doing extremely well in their respective segments they believe that they will be able to maintain the growth of the company.

Tata Nexon Is Also Coming With An Automatic Transmission

The price hike that Tata just announced on cars like the Nexon, Tiago and Hexa will come into effect on April 1 and the customers that have already been planning to buy one of these abovementioned products can save themselves a few bucks by getting their hands on their vehicle before that. However, if it is the Tata Nexon that you desire than you might want to wait for the automatic variant for the compact SUV which will be launching soon in India.
