UPSC IES/ESE Prelims Exam on Jan 7, 2018 | Important Instructions Released Online, Check Now

UPSC IES/ESE Prelims Exam 2018 has been scheduled to be conducted on January 7, 2018 for the aspirants who have submitted online application forms for the UPSC ESE 2018 exam this year. The ‘Union Public Service Commission’ as a conducting authority of the UPSC ESE 2018 prelims test in the month January has already released the e-admit cards cum hall tickets along with the list of important instructions issued to the candidates online.

The admit cards for the UPSC ESE 2018 prelims exam can be downloaded by the aspirant of the Engineering Services Examination from the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in online till Jan 7,2018 by following the step-wise procedure mentioned here.

UPSC IES/ESE Prelims Exam 2018 Admit Cards Released Online

Issuing important instructions to the aspirants of the UPSC IES/ESE Prelims Exam 2018 this year, the same have been released along with the release of admit cards for the test online. The candidates are advised to download their respective admit cards to gain entry to the examination hall at the reporting time mentioned on it for the UPSC ESE 2018 prelims exam online.

The admit card released by UPSC for the upcoming Engineering Services Exam 2018 for the candidates clearly carries the scanned picture as uploaded by the aspirant while filling the UPSC ESE 2018 application form online of photograph and signatures. In case any candidate finds any discrepancy in his/her issued admit card for the preliminary level of the UPSC ESE 2018 exam can report it to the authorities well in advance to resolve the issue.

UPSC IES/ESE Prelims Exam 2018 – Important Instructions

The aspirants are iterated to carefully go through the list of important instructions pertaining to the test before actually appearing for the UPSC ESE 2018 exam on Jan 7, 2018. The admit card has to be brought by the candidate in each session of the preliminary test on January 7, 2018 in a hard format failing which the candidate shall not be allowed to take the UPSC exam.

Moreover, candidates shall have to report atleast 20 minutes prior to the scheduled commencement time of the UPSC IES/ESE Prelims Exam 2018. Any candidate who shall enter the UPSC ESE 2018 exam hall after ten minutes of  the exam has been started shall not be allowed to gain entry into the venue even after the possession of admit cards and fulfilling all the criteria.

Candidate in the name of whose admit card for the UPSC ESE 2018 exam is issued shall be held responsible in case any other person is found in possession of his admit card as the custodial issues arise making it clear that the impersonation is taking place. Candidates are prohibited to bring electronic items & mobile phones to the exam hall. Only black ball point pen has to be brought to the exam hall of UPSC ESE/IES 2018 exam. The Commission is pretty strict regarding the miscreant activities against which strict legal action & debarring from taking future UPSC exams. All the best !
