According to the Timetable released by the Union Public Service Commission, the IFS Main Exam 2018 will begin from 2nd December 2018 and will end on 10th December 2018. the exam will be conducted in two shifts on each day except 3rd December. There is no paper on the 3rd December. The forenoon session will begin from 9 AM to will conclude at 12 pm while the afternoon session will begin at 2 pm and will conclude at 5 pm.
Union Public Service Commission will conduct the General English Paper in the forenoon session and General Knowledge Paper in the afternoon session on 2nd December 2018. There will no paper on 3rd December 2018. It will be a rest day. On the 4th December, UPSC will conduct the Botany Paper 1/Mathematics Paper 1/Statistics Paper 1 in the forenoon Session and Botany Paper II/Mathematics Paper II/Statistics Paper II in the afternoon Session.
On the 5th December 2018, Union Public Service Commission will conduct the Physics Paper I/ Zoology Paper 1 in the forenoon session and Physics Paper II/ Zoology Paper II in the afternoon session. On 6th December, UPSC will conduct the Chemistry Paper I in the forenoon session and Chemistry Paper II in the afternoon session.
On 7th December 2018, Union Public Service Commission will conduct the Agriculture I/ Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science Paper I in the forenoon session and Agriculture Paper II/ Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science Paper II in the afternoon session. On 8th December, UPSC will conduct the Geology Paper I in the forenoon session and Geology Paper II in the afternoon session.
On 9th December 2018, Union Public Service Commission will conduct the Forestry Paper 1 in the forenoon session and the Forestry Paper II in the afternoon session. On 10th December 2018, UPSC will conduct the Agricultural Engineering/Civil Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering Paper 1 in the forenoon session and Agricultural Engineering/Civil Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering paper II in the afternoon session.
