The Chinese smartphone maker company Vivo is working on a smartphone that might comes with a whopping 10GB RAM and a 512GB of internal storage. The company has recently launched the Vivo X20 Plus UD smartphone that comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor. According to the latest leaks about the Vivo XPlay 7 in Weibo, shows that the Vivo XPlay 7 will have 10GB of RAM and a 512GB of internal storage. Vivo XPlay 7 Smartphone Specifications

Vivo XPlay 7 is the upcoming flagship smartphone of Vivo. If the phone is launched with 10GB RAM and 512GB storage then this will be the World’s first smartphone with 10GB RAM. Until now 8GB RAM phone is available in the market. According to the latest leaks of the presentation slide phone, the Vivo XPlay 7 smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm’s top-range Snapdragon 845 processor.

The phone will have a 4K OLED display and there will be a full-screen display with ultra-thin bezels. The slide further shows that the phone will have a 92.9 percent screen to body ratio. The phone will have a UD (Under Display) fingerprint sensor which was last seen in the Vivo X20 Plus UD smartphone. Further, the phone will have a dual Sony Exmor RS sensors at back. It will run on latest Android Oreo OS out of Box. Maybe Vivo will launch the phone at the Mobile World Congress 2018.

Vivo X20 Plus UD Specifications

Vivo has recently launched a new smartphone Vivo X20 Plus UD and this new smartphone comes with an Under Display Fingerprint sensor. The phone is launched in China. The price of Vivo X20 Plus UD is CNY 3,598 which is approximately equal to Rs.36,100. The X20 Plus UD smartphone is an upgraded variant of the Vivo X20 Plus smartphone which was launched in the month of September last year. The only difference in the X20 Plus and X20 Plus UD is the under display fingerprint sensor.

The phone comes with a 6.43-inches display and the resolution of the screen is 1080×2160 pixels. The aspect ratio of the screen is 18:9. X20 Plus UD smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC and it has a 4GB RAM. The phone has an internal storage of 128GB and it can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. At the back of the phone, there is a dual rear camera with a 12MP primary sensor and a 5MP secondary sensor. For selfies and video calling, there is a 12MP camera on the front. The phone has a battery of 3900mAh and features on the phone include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, and Micro-USB.
