Vodafone India has revised its prepaid plan 198 plan to take on Reliance Jio & Airtel Prepaid plans. Vodafone in its 198 plan has started offering 1.4GB data per day. With the recent revision in the 198 plan of Vodafone, now the telecom operator will compete with Airtel 199 plan and Reliance Jio 149 plan. All these plans come with a validity of 28 days.
Vodafone 198 Prepaid Recharge Plan – 1.4 GB Data Per Day With Free Calls
The plan 198 of Vodafone is a monthly plan that comes with a validity of 28 days. The pack earlier offers 1GB data per day and now it is revised to give 1.4GB data per day. With the recent revision in the plan now Vodafone subscribers will get extra 400MB data per day. The plan also offers unlimited calls. The unlimited calls are however capped with daily and weekly free calling limit. The daily free calling limit in the Vodafone 198 plan is 250 minutes and the weekly limit of Vodafone 198 plan is 1000 minutes. The pack also gives its users facility of 100 free SMS daily.
Vodafone has recently revised two of its plan too. Vodafone revised the 458 plan and 509 prepaid pack for all prepaid customers. The 458 pack of Vodafone now comes with 84 days and 84GB data with a daily usage of 1GB. The pack 509 of Vodafone offers 1GB daily data usage and the validity of 509 plan of Vodafone is 91 days. Both of these plans come with unlimited calls with daily & weekly capping (250 minutes per day & 1000 minutes per week)
Reliance Jio 149 Plan Vs Airtel 199 Plan Vs Vodafone 198 Plan
The recent revision in the 198 plan of Vodafone the pack directly competes with Jio 149 plan that offers 1.5GB data per day and Airtel 199 plan that offers 1.4GB data per day. Airtel and Jio revised these plans recently. Comparing these plans, Jio and Airtel are offering unlimited calls without any capping on free calls while the Vodafone plan comes with a daily and weekly limit.
One more thing that is best in Jio Plan is the extra data. Jio Plan 149 offers 1.5GB data per day while the Airtel and Vodafone offer 1.4GB data per day. Jio plan is cheaper than the Airtel and Vodafone monthly plan. The validity of all these plans is 28 days.
