According to the recent leaks, the phone Redmi Note 5 is said to be in testing and soon will hit the market. With this news about Redmi Note 5, the rumors of Redmi 5 Plus as the successor of Redmi Note 4 vanished. Earlier there were reports that Xiaomi has decided to drop the plan of launching Redmi Note 5 and Redmi 5 plus will take the place of the successor of Redmi Note 4.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 will be a big launch of the company and the phone may be announced in the Mobile World Congress which will be held in the month of February. According to the recent rumours the price of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 smartphone will be CNY 1,599 which is approximately equal to Rs.15,700. The India launch date of Redmi Note 5 is not yet known but it can be expected that Xiaomi will soon launch the phone after the official announcement of the phone.
Specifications of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5
According to the recent leaks, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 will have a 5.99-inch display with a resolution of 1080×2160 pixels. The display of the phone is expected to be full HD+ and with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 processor. In terms of RAM, Redmi Note 5 will come in 3GB RAM with 32GB storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage. Coming to the camera specifications of the phone, Redi Note 5 will have a dual rear camera and a 5MP front camera.
