It has had a pretty successful ride till now as every industry it has entered has helped them to lure in huge customer base. Jugnoo entered the food delivery and meals business way before the competition in the Chandigarh city and also rival companies like Big Basket and Grofers which deliver daily household items.

The base fare for now is 7 Rupees per kilometre and ride time charges in Chandigarh stand at a standard 1.5 Rupees per minute along with a base fare of 35 Rupees.
