Arguably Chandigarh’s biggest startup Jugnoo which started by revolutionising the auto-rickshaw industry has now entered the Cab space as well. It has had a pretty successful ride till now as every industry it has entered has helped them to lure in huge customer base. Jugnoo entered the food delivery and meals business way before the competition in the Chandigarh city and also rival companies like Big Basket and Grofers which deliver daily household items.

By entering into the lucrative cab segment Jugnoo is looking to eat into the sales of both Uber and Ola and with the kind of marketing and strategy it has we have no doubt that it is just another feather in the Chandigarh company’s hat.

Whenever Jugnoo has forayed into a new business it has managed to emerge successful in each attempt. And now when it looks to enter the cab segment in the city of Chandigarh there are no surprises that it has a trick or two up its sleeves already. Jugnoo is offering a discount of 25% on the first couple of rides for you to try out the service.

The base fare for now is 7 Rupees per kilometre and ride time charges in Chandigarh stand at a standard 1.5 Rupees per minute along with a base fare of 35 Rupees.
