Coal India MT 2017 Notice : List of Candidates (Training Completion) Released

Coal India Limited has released a list of candidates in 2017 who have successfully completed their training period with the CIL called as the MT recruited via Coal India MT Recruitment examination conducted every year. Releasing a list of CIL MTs called as Management Trainees appointed via the recruitment test conducted by the Coal India are hired on probation for a period of about a year, on successful completion of which (in 2017) they are appointed as full-time employees of the most prestigious ‘Public Sector Undertaking under Government of India, i.e. Coal India Limited.’

An official notification released vide Office Order by Coal India Limited on June 23,2017 clearly states the list of candidates with their names, their respective Employee Registration Identification numbers belonging to varied disciplines along with a complete schedule ranging from their date of joining to the date of successful completion of their training or the probation period with the esteemed organisation Coal India Limited in 2017.

Recruited as ‘Management Trainees’ by the Coal India Limited MT examination which is an annual affair, the notification clearly states that the order as released officially by CIL is a subject under the discretionary powers of the High Court in Kolkata whose outcome is via the Writ Petition filed.

Furthermore, these candidates qualified an important exam conducted by IICM Ranchi for various disciplines
Moreover, these shortlisted candidates have been promoted from Grade Pay E2 to E3 as per norms
On Completion of one more year of working period, they shall become Asst. Managers in their respective fields
Training period for a few has been extended on account of leaves taken up by them considered for some more time

Coal India MT Recruitment Exam

With its head office and location base situated in Kolkata, Coal India recruits candidates from pan India level from various engineering disciplines every year through a test conducted by its own authority competent with the ‘Graduate Aptitude Test’ called as GATE for streams like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environment, Mining etc. every year. Not halting at this, the rigorous training programme imparted by CIL itself for the shortlisted candidates via the CIL MT recruitment examination held annually is a tough task to be delivered by the candidates whose successful completion list is out.
