IBPS Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is all set to close the application process for IBPS Clerk Exam 2018. The notification for IBPS Recruitment 2018 was issued earlier last month and the application process started on the 18th of September. The last day to fill the application form for IBPS Clerk Recruitment Exam 2018 is, however, today i.e. 10th October by 5:00 PM.
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) aims to fill 7275 posts through this 2018 recruitment drive where a written test will be held for all candidates who apply for IBPS Clerk Exam 2018. As per the notification, it has been stated that IBPS will also conduct a pre-exam training for all eligible candidates from 26th November to 1st December 2018.
Apply for IBPS Clerk Exam 2018
In order to apply for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, you have to visit the official website of IBPS – https://www.ibps.in. Click on the notice that reads CRP Clerical. Under this section click on “Common Recruitment Process for Clerical Cadre VIII” and find the Apply Now button. Before filling the application form for IBPS Clerk 2018 Exam, you have to register on the site. After filling the form, submit the fee and download/print your application form.
The age limit to apply for IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2018 is 20 to 28 years as on 1st Sep 2018. Any age relaxations should be referred to the official notification by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.
There will be a total of 2 exams to decide on 7275 posts. The first exam will be a preliminary exam and thereafter the main exam will be conducted by IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection).
IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2018
Candidates who wish to apply to IBPS for 2018 clerk posts may note that today is the last day to fill your application forms and submit the fees. No further extension has been announced by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection in this regard.
Admit cards for the prelims exam will be available to download in the month of November. The dates for IBPS Clerk Exam 2018 have been scheduled for 8th, 9th, 15th and 16th of December. Those who clear the prelims exam with a good cut off score will be eligible for the main exam. The main exam by IBPS for Clerk recruitment has been scheduled for the 20th of Jan 2019. The final result after the main exam is likely to be announced on 1st April 2019.
