Indra Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Delhi has now extended its admission date till 31st July 2017. Looking towards great response from students for IGNOU admissions, University has extended the admission date for July session 2017. IGNOU has provided students with one more month to apply for admissions. IGNOU has planned to offer all courses free of cost to all transgender students.

IGNOU has made an extension to admission date until 31st July 2017. Before this announcement, IGNOU mentioned July end to be the last date to apply for admissions in various courses for 2017 session, but now students have got one more month. Candidates seeking admission for Bachelors, Post Graduate, Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma can apply for admissions in IGNOU by July 31st. To apply for certificate courses in IGNOU students can apply until July 15, 2017.
IGNOU: Programme List
IGNOU offers seven Bachelors degree programmes for July sessions. The bachelor programme offered by IGNOU are as follows:-
- Arts and Tourism Studies
- Social Work
- Proprietary programme or BA
- BCom
- BSC
- Library and Information Science
- Computer Application
IGNOU is offering 26 post graduate courses for admission in July 2017 session. The few courses available for admission are the Computer application, Commerce, English, Economics, Philosophy, Psychology, Library and Information Science, Public Administration, Gender and Development issues, Transnational Studies, Anthropology.
Further IGNOU is offering 19 certificate programmes and 30 Post Graduate Diploma courses. Candidates can check on the official website of IGNOU for further details of courses. Candidates can also opt for Advance Certificate courses offered by IGNOU.
