Actor Irrfan Khan is in the news everywhere for the noble cause. He is being the good Samaritan of the tinsel town for extending his support in donating the organ to the veteran actor, Vinod Khanna, who is suffering from cancer.
A few days back the social media was flooded with the latest images of frail and weak looking Vinod Khanna in the hospital. Though his son, VJ- turned- actor Rahul Khanna had confirmed his recovery to the media but his latest pictures show his deteriorating health. Irrfan Khan was very shocked to see his idol actor is such a condition that he announced to donate his organ if needed.

Though Vinod Khanna and Irrfan Khan had never shared the screen together but they share a good relation of a mentor and a student. The 49-year old Bollywood and Hollywood actor, Irrfan Khan considers Vinod Khanna and Dharmendra as his heroes and worships them for what they have achieved in the Indian Cinema. Watching his idol (Vinod Khanna) terribly sick has taken him aback that he couldn’t resist himself from hushing up people on social media to stop sharing pictures of the unwell actor. He had even made an appeal to the public and media to respect the privacy of the family that is required at this sensitive time. He has also extended his prayers for Vinod Khanna’s speedy recovery.

Born on October 6, 1946, in Peshawar, Pakistan, Vinod Khanna is a Bollywood actor and a producer. He is also sitting member of parliament from Gurdaspur, Punjab. Till date he has done over 150 films and is known for giving Bollywood’s superhit blockbusters like Amar Akhbar Anthony, Qurbani, Mukaddar Ka Sikandar and much more. Off lately, he had played the father of Chulbul Pandey (Salman Khan) and Makhanchand Pandey aka Makkhi (Arbaaz Khan), Prajapati Pandey in Dabangg and Dabangg 2 and was appreciated by the audiences as well as the critics.
