Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) India, owned by Tata is planning to launch 10 new car models in the country this year. With the starting of the new fiscal year, Jaguar Land Rover has announced to reveal their 10 new models of cars that will take on Mercedes, BMW and Audi models in India. Luxury car manufacturer company, Jaguar Land Rover has seen India as a great market and the decision has been taken to led a healthy competition with Mercedes and BMV. As of now, in last 2- 3 months Jaguar XE (Petrol) has been performing well for the company.
The New Models of Jaguar in India
Jaguar is all set to give a tough competition in this financial year to Mercedes, BMW and Audi by releasing its 1o new models in the Indian market. Jaguar XE that has proved to be a great seller for the company, will be available in diesel model also. As of now, it is only available in petrol model in India, but the new Jaguar XE Diesel is likely to be launched by end of April in India.

- Land Rover Velar
After the launch of Jaguar XE Diesel on April end, other 8 models of Jaguar Land Rover along with Land Rover Discovery and Velar will be launched by the end of the financial year 2017-18.

Currently, Jaguar Land Rover has 24 outlets in 22 different cities of India and it is expected that with the expansion in the product line in India, the company will also open 2-3 more outlets in FY18 to get to the rest of the market in India. With these number of outlets, JLR caters 95 percent of its target audience.
With the increase in its product line and the number of outlets, JLR is also planning to reduce down the price of their cars in India.
Till now if we think of any luxury car brands in India, we only thing for German Brands like Mercedes, BMW and Audi. But from now onwards, Jaguar Land Rover (British) is also building its reputation in the Indian market to enhance their cars among India.
