KVS Recruitment 2018: The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has released an official notice on its website regarding the extension in the last date for the online applications under the KVS Recruitment 2018. The candidates who haven’t applied for the posts of teacher yet in KVS are advised to fill the application form soon on the KVS website. KVS Recruitment 2018 – Last Date Extended
According to the official notice, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has extended the last date for online application to 23rd September 2018. Earlier the last date for the online application was 13th September. This is a good opportunity for candidates to apply for the post of TGT, PRT, KVS PGT and other posts.
KVS Recruitment 2018 Other Details
The application fee for the General and OBC candidates applying for the post of Principal and Vice Principal is Rs.1500. For the TGT, PGT, PRT and Librarian posts under the KVS Recruitment 2018, the application fee is Rs.1000. There is no application fee for the candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PH category. The fee can be paid online and offline mode.
The minimum age limit for the post of Principal is 35 year and maximum age limit is 50 years. For the post of Vice Principal in KVS Recruitment 2018, the minimum age limit is 35 years and the maximum is 45 years. For PGT, the maximum age limit is 40 years, for TGT maximum age limit is 35 years, for librarian post maximum age limit is 35 years and for PRT, the maximum age limit is 30 years.
Vacancies: As per the KVS Recruitment 2018 notification, there are total 8339 vacancies in KVS. For the Principal posts 76 vacancies, For Vice Principal Post (220 vacancies), for PGT post (592 vacancies), for TGT post (1900 vacancies), For Librarian post (50 vacancies), and For PRT 5401 vacancies. These vacancies are divided into category wise. Candidates can check the official notification for more details.
