Oneplus 6 Rumoured to Launch In March | On Screen Fingerprint Sensor

Oneplus 5T has barely been in the market for a month and the company is already rumoured to be readying for the launch of Oneplus 6. According to reports, the new flagship will launch in March and will go on sale soon after. Since the company is famous for bringing out a flagship every six months, it is possible that Oneplus will unveil its new device in March and sell the phone in April end.

The Oneplus 6 is rumoured to feature a fingerprint scanner under the screen itself which will help the makers to get rid of the sensor on the back of the phone.

Oneplus 6 Rumoured Features

The news on the latest device comes from a pretty reliable source which has been on point when it comes to the Oneplus devices in the past. The Oneplus 6 will be unveiled in the month of March next year which may or may not happen at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. OnePlus 6 will be showing off the fingerprint scanner under the screen itself, a feature which is rumoured to debut on at least two other smartphones including a flagship device from Vivo.

However, if this does not turn out to be true, Oneplus will definitely offer the face unlock on the new flagship 6 which was a part of Oneplus 5T. The face unlock feature has already found its way to the Oneplus 5 which was launched early this year.

Launch Date and Price of the Oneplus 6

The Oneplus 6 will be launched in March next year and will go on sale later sometime. The company usually launches a smartphone every six to seven months and this does feel like pretty solid reason to believe the rumours. As for the pricing, expect the Oneplus 6 to be offered for cut throat pricing since it is the company’s most important talking point. The company has always brought flagship features in their devices for significantly cheaper price tags in the past. Take all this news with a pinch of salt though, since nothing has been confirmed by the company yet.
