SSC JE 2017 Exam: The Staff Selection Commission had released a status report of the results on 15th June. In the Status Report of the results, the tentative dates for the declaration of the result, Firm date for the declaration of the results and Updated Status of the results is available. According to the Status Report of Results, the Staff Selection Commission will declare the result of the SSC JE Exam 2017 Paper 2 on 22nd June. Here are the full details.
SSC JE 2017 Exam Result of Paper 2
Staff Selection Commission conducted the Paper 2 of the SSC JE Exam 2017-2018 on 29th April 2018. The Paper 2 of the SSC JE (Junior Engineer) was a descriptive paper. The candidates who qualified the Paper 1 of the SSC JE Exam appeared in the Paper 2 of the Junior Engineer Exam.
SSC conducted the SSC JE Paper 1 from 22nd January 2018 to 29th January 2018. Total 5,69,930 candidates appeared in the Paper 1 of the SSC JE Exam Paper 1. On 14th of April, the Staff Selection Commission declared the result of the SSC JE Exam paper 1 and total 5,855 candidates qualified for the paper 2. And now on 22nd June, SSC will declare the result of the SSC JE Paper 2.
SSC JE Exam 2017
Staff Selection Commission conducts he JE Exam every year for the post of Junior Engineer in various departments. The selected candidates who qualified all papers of the SSC JE exam will be appointed on the post of Junior Engineer in the Central Water Commission, CPWD, Department of Post, MES, Farrakka Barrage, Director General Border Roads Organisation, Central Water Power Research Station, Dte. of Quality Assurance, and National Technical Research Organisation.
The Paper 1 of the SSC JE Exam is a Computer Based Examination while the Paper 2 of the SSC JE Exam is a Descriptive or Written Examination. The online application process for the SSC Junior Engineer Exam 2017 started on 21st October 2017 and the application process closed on 17th November. The selected candidates will get a Level 6 Pay Scale (Rs.35400-112400) of may matrix of 7th CPC.
