BSNL Launches Weekly Prepaid Plan of Rs 27 To Compete With Jio Rs 52 Plan

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has come up with a new prepaid plan for its users. The state-run telecom operator has launched a new prepaid plan of Rs 27 to compete with Jio prepaid plan 52. This new weekly plan of BSNL directly competes with Jio 52 plans in terms of data, calls and SMS benefits. Not only Jio plan 52 but the BSNL 27 prepaid plan also takes on the Airtel & Vodafone Plan 47. Here are the details & benefits of the BSNL Plan 27. Check it out.

BSNL Weekly Prepaid Plan 27 Details & Benefits

The new plan of BSNL i.e BSNL Plan 27 is valid on pan-India basis i.e any user of BSNL across India can avail the benefits of the plan. Secondly, this new plan of BSNL is not on a promotional basis. Talking about the benefits of the plan, BSNL users who will recharge with Rs 27 plan will get free & unlimited calls to anywhere in India except Mumbai and Delhi Circles. There is no FUP on calling in this plan.

In terms of Data usage, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is offering 1GB data in this plan. The validity of the plan is 7 days. Not only calling and data benefits but the BSNL new plan 27 also offers free SMS. In this plan, users will get 300 SMS for 7 days.

BSNL Prepaid Plan 27 Vs Jio Prepaid Plan 52 Vs Airtel & Vodafone Recharge Plan 47

Before the launch of BSNL 27 recharge plan, Airtel and Vodafone also launched a weekly plan for its users. Airtel and Vodafone launched plan 47 for its users while Jio has the weekly plan from the beginning. In terms of calling BSNL Plan 27 and Jio Plan 52 are almost the same. Both the plans offer free and unlimited calls. While in Airtel and Vodafone plan 47, there are only 125 minutes of free calling.

In terms of data benefits, Airtel and Vodafone plan 47 is behind the Jio and BSNL plan. In Airtel and Vodafone plan 47, users will only get 500MB data while Jio is offering 1.05GB data and BSNL is offering 1GB data. In terms of SMS, BSNL is ahead of them all. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is offering 300SMS for 7 days, while Airtel and Vodafone are offering only 50 SMS and Jio is offering 70 SMS. Lastly, in terms of pricing BSNL weekly plan 27 is best among the rest.
