Their buffs are already confused on who is speaking the truth and who is wrong, the claims don’t seem to take a break.  As per latest reports, Bollywood sensation Tanushree Dutta stated that she will now take the help of the Maharashtra Women Commission.

The ex-Miss India has knocked women commission’s door as she wanted a severe action to be taken against well-known actor Nana Patekar and others who behaved badly with her. Tanushree Dutta said that her complaint demands a special probe into the accusations of nuisance charged by her against Nana, film director Rakesh Sarang, choreographer Ganesh Acharya, film maker Samee Siddiqui, and some Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) party workers.

Whle giving confirmation about the same, Tanushree Dutta legal representative, Nitin Satpute, on Monday stated, “The complaint has been filed with the Maharashtra State Commission for Women. On Tuesday, we are going to take the complaint to the District Officer according to the Sexual Harassment Act Section 9.”

“Tanushree Dutta’s report has not yet been recorded so tomorrow she will come for the same together with the witnesses. After recording her statement, we will decide the next action,” Nitin Satpute added up. Tanushree Dutta has made the bold statements, whilst Nana Patekar stayed silent on the subject.

Nana Patekar promised to give response to the media queries via a press meeting to tell the truth. Even, the ace choreographer Ganesh Acharya was expected to become part of them, but at the present, it appears like that he has ignored the decision and called off interaction meeting.  Nana Patekar who came back to the city from shooting a movie, he got by the media people and the only thing he stated was, “Main dus saal pehle de chuka hu iska jawab.”

In the note, Tanushree Dutta stated that she filed her complaint under Sections 354, 354 (A), Section 34 and Section 509 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). She disclosed how before shooting the song, she had clearly noted that she will not endorse or do any lustful, ill-mannered or bumpy steps. However, on the fourth day of the shoot, Nana Patekar’s behavior was ill-fated.
