The 19th edition of Maruti Suzuki Raid De Himalaya Rally is all set to be flagged off in October. The 19th Raid De Himalaya Rally will be flagged off on October 7 from Manali, Himchal Pradesh. According to a report, Team Maruti Suzuki Motorsport will participate in the 19th edition of Maruti Suzuki Raid De Himalaya Rally with its Gypsy, S-Cross, Vitara Brezza, Ignis and the Grand Vitara. Raid De Himalaya Rally is considered one of the most challenging rallies organised in the most extreme weather conditions on the most treacherous roads of the Himalayas.

Raid De Himalaya to start this October

Motorsports enthusiasts are at the peak of their spirits with the 19th Raid De Himalaya nearing its commencing date. The Raid De Himalaya rally offers the adrenaline rush to the motorsports buffs across the country as the rally challenges the driving skills of drivers on one of the most difficult terrains in the country.

Maruti Suzuki Raid De Himalaya is a mecca for motorsports enthusiasts in India and the event is all set to be flagged off on the 6th of October from Manali in Himachal Pradesh also known as the gateway to Trans Himalayan Mountain Ranges.

The 19th edition of Raid De Himalaya has approached and will be kicked off from the picturesque town of Manali.

Route and Cars that will be part of the Raid De Himalaya

Rallysts will check their driving skills at one of the most adventurous and dangerous routes ever. It has been reported that the caravan of the 19th Raid De Himalaya will travel tough some of the most inhabitable places in the Himalayas. The route will include places like Kaza, Sarchu, Pang, Leh, Kargil, and Pensi La. The motorists will cover a distance of approximately 2000 kilometres.

The 19th edition of the Raid De Himalaya rally is going to be an ultimate test not only for the drivers but for their machines as well. The treacherous roads will test the endurance of humans as well as the machine besides testing the relationship between the driver and his machine.

Schedule of the 19th edition of Raid De Himalaya

The rally will get flagged off from Manali on the 7th of October and in the first leg will reach Kaza on the next day. The next leg will conclude at Pang on the 10th followed by the third leg that will end at Leh. On the fourth day, motorists will escalate till Kargil and will reach Pensi La on the second last leg of the rally. The rally will conclude on the 13th at Leh after the completion of the sixth leg from Kargil to Leh.
