According to reports, Himachal Pradesh PGT Teacher Recruitment has commenced and all the aspiring teachers can apply for the PGT post. Under the Teacher Recruitment drive in Himachal Pradesh the Directorate of Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh has notified about 1,191 Vacant Posts that are to be filled during the recruitment drive.
How to apply for the PGT Teacher post, Himachal Pradesh?
As per the notification by the Directorate of Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh the recruitment will be done for 1,191 posts of Post Graduate Teachers. These PGT posts will be non-gazetted and all the applicants will be hired on contract basis.
It was reported that the application process for filling the 1,191 vacant posts in Himachal Pradesh has already started. The process that commenced on the 11th September will continue till September 18, 2017.
Last date to fill the forms
The application process for the recruitment drive of 1,191 Post Graduate Teachers on contract basis has already started on September 11. The last date for applying for the non-gazetted PGT posts is till September 18, 2017.
The last date of submitting the applications for the above-mentioned posts is September 18 but there is a relaxation for candidates from Tribal areas of Himachal Pradesh. The last date for applicants applying from th Tribal areas of Himachal Pradesh is September 20, 2017.
Eligibility Criteria for Himachal Pradesh PGT Teacher Recruitment
Candidates who have passed B.E./B.Tech. in Information Technology or Computer Science are eligible for the post.
In addition to this, those who have passed B.E./B.Tech in any stream and possess a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Technology/Computer Applications OR have passed M.Sc. (IT) /M.Sc. (Computer Science)/MCA from a recognised university can apply for the above-mentioned position.
The upper age limit for applying for the post is 45 years. The age will be calculated as on the last date of application.
On of the desired condition is that the candidate must be acquainted with the language and customs of Himachal Pradesh. Besides being well mannered the candidate should be suitable for appointment in the peculiar condition prevailing in the state.
Candidates would need to submit their completed application in the prescribed application format. The applications need to be submitted personally in the office of the Director of Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla- 1. The candidate would also need to submit all the requisite documents, duly attested by a notary to prove their eligibility. There is no examination fee for this recruitment.
According to the report, there is NO examination fee for this recruitment.
Salary and Application Process
The selection process will be done on the basis of a written exam. The dates of the written exam will be communicated to the candidates later through SMS.
After the successful completion of the process, the selected candidates would be hired on a contractual basis and would be paid fixed the contractual amount of Rs. 14,500 per month.
