Mohali/ Chandigarh: Actor Ranveer Singh is all set to head towards Mohali for his next Bollywood movie ’83-the film’ training. The actor and the other casts along with crew members will visit the city for training purpose to get better on screen. ’83 the film’ has been a recreation of the unforgettable win of the Cricket World Cup in the year 1983.
Last year in November, Ranveer Singh made headlines by marrying the ace actress Deepika Padukone. Now the energetic actor is all to recreate the era of 1983 World cup scene on screen with his upcoming Bollywood movie. Check out more details regarding Ranveer Singh’s ’83-the film’ below.
Actor Ranveer Singh and Cast of ’83 the film’ to get training in Mohali
Ranveer Singh, Ammy Virk and other team members of Bollywood movie ’83-the film’ will visit Mohali for training. The makers of the movie will set-up a boot camp for the team to get into the shoes of the cricket. Although earlier Ranveer held training from Balwinder Singh Sandhu, who was an ace bowler of World Cup team. Now the whole cast will be under the training as per the director Kabir Khan.
The boot camp in Mohali will be set-up for 15 days long and it will start in the month of April. Although as of now, venue and dates regarding the same have not been out. The team for ’83-The film’ will be trained under the guidance of Kapil Dev, Yash Sharma, Madan Lal and other Ranji Trophy players in Mohali.

As far the cast for the Bollywood movie ’83-the film’ is concerned, Ranveer Singh will be playing the character of the captain Kapil Dev. Further Punjabi singer-actor Ammy Virk will be seen as Balwinder Singh, south star Jiiva will play Srikanth, whereas Syed Kirmani’s character will be played by Sahil Khattar and Chirag Patil will be seen as Sandeep Patil. Director Kabir Khan will announce the further cast of 83-the film soon.
The shoot of Ranveer Singh’s next Bollywood movie ’83-the film’ will start in the month of May and the movie is all set to release on 10 April 2020.
