New flights from the Chandigarh International Airports Limited (CHIAL) have been announced to different locations within the country by the airport authorities. There are different flights that will be beginning from the Chandigarh International Airport and are likely to commence from different dates beginning from the month of June 2018.

The spokespersons of the Chandigarh International Airports Limited (CHIAL) recently released statements which were related to the new flights that will soon be taking off from the airport. The first flight is the GoAir flight which will be beginning a flight to Ahmedabad as well as Srinagar will be commencing from June 1, 2018. As well as the flight for Bangalore, IndiGo will be commencing from July 1, 2018. Flight IndiGo will also be flying to Kolkata as well as Srinagar from the Chandigarh International Airports Limited (CHIAL) from July 15, 2018.
Always, Jet Airways will be operational from August 1 and will be flying to Indore from the Chandigarh Airport. All the new flights which have been announced will be beginning from June 2018 for customer convenience. Also, the Chandigarh airport authorities have stated that some of the airline operators have submitted their proposal to the authorities of the Chandigarh International Airports Limited (CHIAL) in order to begin with the additional flights that will be commencing from July 1, 2018.
Chandigarh Airport Runway Watch Hours To Be Changed
Apart from the new announcements related to the Chandigarh Airport flights, the airport is also likely to experience some other runway changes. The Indian Air Force (IAF) is known to manage the runway and has recently formulated to all the airline operators as well as the CHIAL that the runway watch hours will face an alteration from June 4, 2018.
The runway hours which are likely to face an alteration will be experiencing a change. The Chandigarh Airport will now be having more hours for the conduction of the flight operations.
