After the celebration of the festival of lights, people of Chandigarh is all set for the prayer of god sun as Chhath Pooja. On 26th Oct 2017, devotees will give arghya to setting sun in evening around 3 pm and on the very next day i.e 27th Oct 2017, devotees will pray to the rising sun on early morning around 4-5 am at New Lake, Sector 42 Chandigarh. More than 1 Lakh devotees are expected gather during the Chhath Puja 2017 in Chandigarh.
