Moreover, these two cities ranked first and second respectively in owning the highest shared office spaces.

As per CBRE, this contagious trend is spreading across major industries in the U.S like retail and real estates. WeWork is the largest office space provider in North Texas with facilities in Dallas, Uptown, Plano e.t.c. Some of the other shared office space where you can walk in are Common Desk, Venture X and Serendipity.

Coworking companies own 20 million Sq feet of U.S. office space as per CBRE reports in 2018. Further, ranking as the first runner up after tech firms.
