Well, the admission process for class Nursery in all private schools of Chandigarh are scheduled to start from November 30 for the academic session 2018-19 The opening for Nursery class admission in private schools of Chandigarh was taken by the UT director, school education along with school principals of various Chandigarh- based private schools during their meeting. Also, the admission notices will be uploaded to the official websites of the respective schools on November 30, 2017.
The Nursery class admission in Chandigarh- based private schools will be held on the basis of children’s’ interview and also of their parents’. The students will be evaluated on the basis of conduct, adaptability, mental aptitude, and presentation.
EWS admission in Nursery class of Chandigarh schools for 2018-19
During the meeting, various private schools have been directed to have admissions of the students falling under the category of economic weaker section (EWS), which has been enforced under the scheme of the Right to Education for each and every child across India. Not only this, the committee of 10 school principals of various private schools of Chandigarh has been constituted by the UT education department during the meeting who will look after the matter of EWS admission for the academic year 2018-19.
Important dates for nursery admission in Chandigarh schools
Going by the common schedule for Nursery class admission across all private schools of Chandigarh, the UT education department had decided that the admission notice including all information for the admission will be on display for parents online on November 30. The date for the submission of forms is December 12, 2017 while the eligible candidates’ list will be made public on January 16, 2018. Students will be selected on January 31 while the February 12 will be the day for fee collection/
