Saupin’s School, Chandigarh is a co-ed, English medium school contributing to the field of education from past three decades. Working in accordance with The Saupin’s Educational Foundation (TSEF), the school aims to build a centre of learning and education wherein a child can experience the wonder & harmony of life.

Saupin’s Chandigarh has 2 branches with 2000 children and is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). One branch is in Sector 32 Chandigarh while the other one is in Mohali. In this post, we will be covering Saupin’s Chandigarh.

Filling up the Admission Form of Saupin’s School

Once you have the form in hand, please make sure that you fill in all the required details correctly or else the form will stand invalid. The 4 page admission form has to be read properly and all the information needs to be filled in clearly so that its readable.

Required Documents for Admission in Saupin’s School, Chandigarh

Following mentioned documents have to be attested and submitted along with the admission form in the school’s office:

• 1 recent passport size photograph
• Xerox of applicant’s Birth Certificate
• Photocopy of Residence proof
• Photocopy of Adhaar Card
• Baptismal Certificate (for Christian student)

Above mentioned documents should be attached with the Saupin’s School admission form. The last date of depositing the form is 16th December’16. A registration fee of Rs. 100 will be charged at the time of depositing the form. You can visit the school’s office between 9am – 12 noon

Final Admission Details

Submitted forms will be rechecked by the School administration for the final selection of candidates. In the rechecking procedure, incomplete forms/wrongly filled forms will be rejected by the school authorities of Saupin’s, Chandigarh. The final list of the selected candidates will be displayed on the notice board of the School by the third week of January.

Preference criteria for Nursery Admisiion

Preference will be given to candidates in the following order:

• Those who belong to the Christian Community
• Kids of teachers / other staff members who work at Saupin’s Chandigarh.
• Siblings of students already studying at Saupin’s school.
• Preference will be given to kids residing near Sector 32, Chandigarh.

Please note that according to the admission notice, Saupin’s Chandigarh will not have any draw of lots. Admission is purely on first come first serve basis but in accordance with the above mentioned preferences.

Fee Structure at Saupin’s School

The fee structure of Saupin’s School, Chandigarh is as follows:

Total Fee to be submitted during admission is Rs. 40,000. The breakage is mentioned below:

Admission Fee: Rs 16,500 (One time)

School Fee: Rs 13,500 (Quarterly)

Caution Fee: Rs 10,000 (Refundable)

Total payable at the time of admission = Rs 40,000. 

Payments have to be made via cheque in favour of ‘Saupin’s School’. School will not accept cash. If incase you fail to make the payment, your child will not be admitted.
