St. Stephen’s School, Chandigarh is an English medium co-educational institution affiliated to ICSE (Council of Indian School Certificate Examinations). Admission Form:

Parents, who are willing to admit their child in St Stephen’s, will have to download the form from the School website i.e www.ststephenschandigarh.com or can directly be downloaded from the the link: http://stephenschandigarh.com/images/FormA-SS45.pdf .

The admission or registration form are available in the school website till mid of December, that can be downloaded free of cost.

Filling of the Admission Form:

After downloading the form, one has to follow the instructions given on the form or the School’s website carefully. Incomplete/ illegible filled/ overwritten forms will not be accepted by School administration and this may lead to failure of your ward for the admission.

Required Documents for Class 1 Admission:

After filling up of the registration form, some documents are required to be attached with the form of St. Stephen’s School, Chandigarh

• Birth Certificate (Attested copy)
• Original transfer certificate
• Photocopy of Adhaar card
• 3 Passport size photographs

Above mentioned documents have to be submitted with the admission form in St. Stephen’s School.

Depositing Admission Form in St. Stephen’s Chandigarh

Once the form has been duly filled according to the instruction given by the school, the above mentioned documents are to be attached along and submitted at school’s office. School charges Rs. 100 as non-refundable registration fee that will ensure your ward’s registration for the selection process.

• Sub division of the seat allotment as per different categories:
• From St. Stephen’s Preparatory School: 170 (including 11 underprivileged scholars)
• Underprivileged Scholars: 14
• Transfers (Govt Medical Officers and Defense Personnel): 10
• Staff: 10
• Sibling Cases: 20

All the seats will be filled by drawing of lots at St. Stephen’s School, Chandigarh.

Fee Structure – St. Stephen’s School, Sector 45

Once the admission process is completed and the student has been selected by the school, then the parent have to submit the fee as mentioned below-

Admission Fee = Rs. 25000/-

Caution Money = Rs. 5000/- (Refundable).

Annual Fee = Rs. 11500/-

Consolidated Fee = Rs 52200/- (Rs.13050 per quarter).

Fee payment has to be made through Demand Draft in favour of St. Stephen’s School, Chandigarh.

Important Dates to Be Kept in Mind:

• Display of eligible applicants on school notice board will be done by the third week of January next year
• Final list will be announced in the last week of January.
• Fee has to be deposited by mid week of February next year.
