Admission Process at Strawberry Fields Chandigarh

General Category

Strawberry Fields High School in Chandigarh works in accordance with the government guidelines of Chandigarh Administration and tries to ensure that all applicants are given a fair chance. But, due to constrained class size and limited 160 seats, students are selected through a draw of lots.

• As for the General Category’, preferences would be given to the below mentioned:’
  Students whose siblings are studying at Strawberry Fields High School in sector 26, Chandigarh.
  Kids studying in Lower KG at Strawberry Fields High School, Chandigarh.

Once the open seats are filled, if necessary, draw of lots will be held in the month of January 2017 at the School’s amphitheatre.

EWS Category

Strawberry Fields School has 25% seats in KG section reserved for students from economically weaker sections in Chandigarh. If in case the number of applications exceed the stated limit, admissions will be held through a draw of lots in the month of January 2017.

Criteria for Admission under EWS category are:

• Annual family income of the applicant should not exceed Rs. 1,50,000/- per annum.
  Applicant has to a a resident of Chandigarh for a minimum of 3 years immediately preceding the first day of April, 2017.

List of children who have been granted admission in Strawberry Field High School, Chandigarh for KG will be showcased on the school’s noticeboard in the last week of January 2017.

Fees Structure of Strawberry Field School, Chandigarh:

Admission Fee (Non-refundable) – Rs. 80,000. This is the one time fee.
Tuition Fee per annum for junior school – Classes KG to 5 is Rs. 1,02,300.
